ozone water mixing

The ozone sterilization is quick and safe. When the ozone concentrations get to a certain percent, it kills the virus and germ immediately, then breaks up to oxygen, bring no secondary pollution. Compare with the other solution, ozone can diffuse quickly without shadow, operated easily and consume low energy.

The ozone has popular application and important value in the field of air purge, sterilization, deodorization, drinking water cleansing, food processing, dining service, medical etc.

SS ozone/water blender

High Performance Ozone/Water  SS  blender

How it works

The turbulent flow produce negative pressure and absorb the ozone into the blender, special designed internal  structure make the sinuous flow swirling and striking in the tube, our experience proved that the solubility is double than Venturi tube when mixing ozone and water.

The pressure at "1" is higher than at "2" because the fluid speed at "1" is lower than at "2".Venturi effect is the reduction in fluid pressure

The Venturi effect is the reduction in fluid pressure that results when a fluid flows through a constricted section of pipe. The Venturi effect is named after Giovanni Battista Venturi (1746–1822), an Italian physicist.

Swimming pool treatment process

Ozonation is written into the German DIN (
German Institute for Standardization)standard specifications for public swimming pools.

However ozone works in a similar manner to UVc in as much that the
process oxidises and chops up organic molecules into smaller components.
However it is also a DIN standard requirement to use activated carbon
after Ozonation which eliminates the THM problem. However the activated
carbon absorbs the free chlorine and will increase the chemical demand
by the pool, typically the chlorine requirement will increase by 500%. In
addition to removing chlorine, activated carbon also absorbs organics,
which makes it a perfect environment for the incubation of bacteria and
the production of trichloramine gas.

In Germany and in any swimming pool system using ozone and activated
carbon there will be a high level of trichloramine in the atmosphere.
This is demonstrated by the excessive corrosion of the ventilation
systems and stainless steel metal work, the structural steel for the
building may also be affected. Every year there are at least one or more
cases of swimming pool roof failure in Europe caused by trichloramines.
At low levels trichloramine will predispose your lungs to infection, or
in the case of children it may sensitise the lung tissue to an allergic
reaction which may in turn lead to asthma when the child becomes a
teenager. It is unlikely that we will ever quantify the damage caused by
trichloramine on public health, in the same manner that it has taken
decades to appreciate the dangers from smoking and

However we should not advocate a technology that actually
promotes the production of a toxic gas. Ozonation systems are being
promoted in many European countries, and they are written into the
German DIN standards, however it is a technology that is actively
causing damage to the lungs of the public visiting swimming pools.

Talking about Swimming pool /SPA water treatment

Swimming pool /SPA water treatment

Swimming pool /SPA water treatment
Now, ozone  technology is more and more popular for swimming pool or SPA water treatment for its green and safe.
At pools and SPA,  Ozone Cleaning System is used,  in which water is treated with ozone to obtain clear, chemical free, odourless water. Unlike chlorine, ozone treated water don’t have any harmful effect on hair, skin and eyes.

Ozone is one of the strongest commercially available oxidising agents, and is commonly used for the treatment of water in municipal and industrial applications. The special advantage of ozone is in the environmentally friendly way in which it works. Harmful substances, colours, odours and microorganisms are destroyed directly by oxidation, without the formation of harmful chlorinated by-products.

Ozone is a natural, gaseous molecule and is frequently found in nature. As the ozone layer it protects our planet against ultraviolet solar radiation, and can even be formed in low concentrations by lightening bolts or on hot summer days. The fact that ozone is frequently talked about in connection with air pollution, gives the gas a rather negative image – wrongly!  Applied correctly, it is ideally used suitable as an effective and environmentally friendly alternative to oxidation with chlorine, adsorption (e.g. activated carbon) or separation (e.g. reverse osmosis).

The oxidative effect of ozone

Ozone consists of three oxygen atoms. Under normal near-earth conditions the gas is unstable and thus very reactive. The ozone molecule reacts quickly with a number of organic and inorganic compounds, either through directly acting on the ozone molecule or indirectly through hydroxyl radicals that are created. Ozone is usually used up completely by this oxidation process and breaks back down into oxygen. Any remaining ozone in the off-gas is converted back to oxygen by a residual ozone destructor.
